Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn
Free of hair and odors (body odor or perfume)
No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
Original Packaging
Sewn in tags attached
Unstained (Deodorant white markings, bodily secretions)
Not damaged (broken zipper, torn, etc.)
Missing straps
Items that aren't in the condition in which they were received including signs of wear or alterations, can't be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Sale and Clearance items
Our Waist Trainer/Body shapewear products .They are considered undergarments.Please make sure you follow the sizing chart listed and please, do not order a size down or your clothing regular size.
Return Procedure :
Please send a return request to: customerservice@peachfitsportswear.com specifying the order number and the reason of the return.
Upon approval Return the item to this address: 6322 Timbo Lane, Houston Texas, 77041 using a Trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. (We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an item was purchased with free shipping, a shipping charge will be added to the original order and a partial refund would be made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
